Our Team

Our staff at the Picard Center is committed to performing research that will create a better Louisiana for its children and families.

The Picard Center employs nearly 40 evaluation and research professionals and well-respected leaders who focus on early childhood and K-12 education, health, well-being and lifelong learning. Most members of our multi-disciplined staff hold advanced degrees, and project directors approach each project with scientific rigor, dedication to high-quality data, and a strong commitment to their clients.
